Mowing camp for customers 4.6.2011

On Saturday, 4th June our company shop in Libice nad Cidlinou prepared a mowing camp for its customers. The sun was shining and many people interested in drum mowers and mulchers arrived. Most visitors were thinking about buying a machine and hesitated whether to buy or not and whether from VARI or from competitors. This camp was the best argument for hesitating customers, they had a possibility to test the machines personally and cut high grass with them. Everyone who tests a VARI machine finds out that it is easy to control it, it is well balanced and it does an excellent job.

Those who hesitated whether to replace their old bar mower with the Samson-56 drum mower (for the DSK-316 gearbox) found out that they don't have to make any adjustments nor rake the grass if they use a drum mower. The Samson-56 drum mower is almost maintenance-free and ensures perfect cutting results.

This year's new product - the BDR-650 drum mower - was very successful. Many users have a VARI minitractor for soil cultivation and trailer towing. Now they don't have to buy a complete mower with engine, they just need this new chassis and put the driving unit from their minitractor on it - and the mower is ready to work. BDR-650 - new product for 2011 - is equipped with big 8" wheels and two speeds.

It is a matter of course that the single-purpose drum mowers and mulchers were present as well, including this year's new products: DS-521B Liza 60 and BDR-620B Lucina 65. They are equipped with the B&S engines and the customers had a chance to compare the difference against the mowers with HONDA engines. The customers commended the perfect balance of the machines as well as the perfect cutting ensured by the double cutting disc with reinforced edges and four robust revolving blades.

Demanding customers tested the professional machines too - the BDR-1200 double-drum mower with a power of 13 HP and a cutting width of 120 cm which copes even with very dense and overgrown grass; and the HURRICANE F-700 mulcher with a power of 11 HP and a cutting width of 70 cm which is suitable for a disposal of twisted grass stands as well as woody self-seeding plants with a diameter of up to 3 cm.

And the last introduced new product was the VARI KC-435 brush cutter with a perfectly sophisticated antivibration system. The machine is equipped with the powerful four-stroke HONDA GX 35 engine and a string head, a cutting blade and an ergonomic back harness are included in its box. Those who were not decided whether to buy a two-stroke or a four-stroke brush cutter were satisfied with the low noise of the HONDA engine. No one was annoyed with the noise and bed smell of brush cutter two-stroke engines. This brush cutter will be available at the beginning of August.

We're happy to say that this camp was very successful, everyone commended the VARI machines and each customer chose the right machine for his/her needs, no matter if a drum mower or a mulcher, a single-purpose machine or a multifunctional machine. Everyone tested the qualities of VARI machines which competitive products can't compare to.
