Ploughing camp in Velke Bilovice 20.-22.9.2011

Another training camp of ploughing took place from 20th till 22nd September in Velke Bilovice, most of all for our expert sales men from the region of Moravia. We continue trying to improve and educate our dealer network, so that each sales man is able to give our customers the best information.

We started the ploughing camp with explanations: what the VARI IV minitractor is used for, what can be connected to it, how to adjust the adjusting element to make the ploughing easy, etc. The participants got all the information on soil cultivation with VARI. Then we started to test the machines, so that everybody could see how to plough, what happens to the machine if the plough is not correctly adjusted and how to work with a rotary tiller. Of course we explained the function of the wheel lock too, because many TERRA and VARI minitractor users ask about it. After working with the plough and the rotary tiller, we came to potato planting, hoeing and digging.

As the weather was bad at the beginning of the week, we were forced to cancel day 1 and divide the participants into two days only. Despite this fact we were able to train more than 30 expert sales men from the VARI dealer network. We are going to continue with these practical training camps, because testing everything at practice is the best method of understanding everything, absorbing all the information and giving them to the customers. We look forward to meeting another part of our dealer network at the next camp.
