vari-1969-big We are a Czech company with a long tradition. Since 1969, we have been manufacturing and developing minitractors and machines for mowing long grass. Although today's world is globalized, we manufacture a significant number of important parts and components at our production facility. Every year, we invest in machinery and technology.

Over the years, we have significantly modernized production at our production plant. This is shown by our modern powder coating shop, CNC lathes, special machine for pressing worms into gearboxes, manipulators on assembly lines, laser for cutting shaped sheet metal parts, and CNC press brake.

An important factor in maintaining the quality of our products is that we own 100% of the molds and jigs. When we enter into a production partnership or cooperation with another company, we use our own molds for castings, pressed parts, plastic covers, jigs, and molds for forged rotary cultivator blades. All such parts can be recognized by our brand signature on the components.

We cooperate with Czech manufacturers and suppliers. We purchase wheels from VDZ, plastic parts from MIFER, some castings fromANAH, brush components from SOUČEK, etc. We also cooperate with a number of smaller manufacturers in Moravia. We only import some of the specialized parts. These include engines from global manufacturers such as HONDA, ZONSEN, BRIGGS&STRATTON, and KOHLER, TUFF TORQ gearboxes, and other components purchased in the USA and Japan, OPTIBELT V-belts in Germany, and levers and bowden cables from START and SACCON in Italy.

We also offer trade goods under the VARI brand that we do not manufacture ourselves. We carefully select our suppliers, and if we decide to lend our brand to any product, we take full responsibility for the quality of the product. We provide service for these products and ensure the supply of spare parts.

DEVELOPMENT OF NEW MACHINES

We follow trends in the industry and use the latest version of SolidWorks 3D design software to create every detail of our machines. Strength calculations and load simulations help us to produce better and better machines that simply last.

MACHINE TESTING

We work with a number of external partners who thoroughly test our machines over the long term in the most demanding conditions, which is why we are confident in the durability and high functionality of our products. All VARI machines are certified and tested by the Government Testing Laboratory, with which we have been cooperating since 1956.

QUALITY AND CONTROL

Every VARI product with an engine is started, adjusted, and tested at the end of production process.
