Note: It is a machine without batteries and a battery charger. Please order them at your EGO machine dealer.
It is necessary to equip the EGO power unit with a pair of batteries of the same capacity, at least 7,5 Ah. Recommended batteries: 2x 7,5 Ah, 2x 10 Ah, 2x 12 Ah.
The E.RAPIDO is the wood chipper that copes with branches up to 6 cm in diameter. The best way is to crush fresh branches. The more dry and tough the branches are, the more difficult it is to cope with the crushed material for such machines like shredders and chippers in general.
There is a patented system of crushing - a crushing head. It is a slow-running worm garden waste shredder with a double-threaded spiral. Its big advantage is a self-feeding of crushed material into the crushing head, high resistance which ensures long lifetime and in comparison, with the other shredders up to 10x higher work speed.
Power transmission from the engine to the crushing mechanism is ensured by a high-quality multi ribbed V-belt from the company Optibelt (18 grooves).
