The F-590LK Hurricane PRO mulcher with a working width of 60 cm is a professional helper for removing long grass, old vegetation, and invasive wood species in rugged and sloping terrain. It is equipped with a KOHLER COMMAND PRO CV224 four-stroke engine and a GGT/VARI 4+R mechanical transmission with automatic differential lock.

The professional mulcher with a GGT/VARI 4+R mechanical gearbox with an automatic differential lock is developed for disposal of overgrowth on large areas and rugged sloping terrain. It is especially suitable for municipalities, municipal services and wherever the utilization of professional machine with the high utility value is needed.

The F-590LK Hurricane PRO mulcher is equipped with a powerful KOHLER COMMAND PRO 224 four-stroke engine, which is characterized above all by high torque, a cast iron cylinder liner, an oil pump and filter, and professional force feed lubrication. The four-stage cyclonic air filter ensures a supply of clean air to the intake, which is a great advantage when mowing long dry grass and old grass, when a lot of dust is flying around. It is also equipped with a fuel pump that ensures fuel delivery from the tank to the carburetor, especially on extreme slopes, and a robust allover cover of the carburetor cover protects the sensitive carburetor control rods and load regulator, fuel tap, hoses, and cables from damage during operation in difficult conditions, such as when cutting under trees.

The mulcher copes with fresh dense grass, old grass and invasive woody plants in the diameter of 1 cm. The working tool of the mulcher is a durable Gator mulching blade with a safety brake. The design of the stainless steel cutting space cover, the front spur and the cutting blade support are VARI patented features. Thanks to this technical solution is the grass rest of this machine 50% less.

The operator´s comfort is given by the height and side adjustment of the handlebars. There is an antivibration dumping item in the handlebar junction, which absorbs the vibrations. The handlebars are equipped with ergonomic control levers with a low pressure to the hands and air chambers in the grips that eliminate the micro vibrations. Working with the F-590LK Hurricane PRO mulcher is therefore very precise and comfortable.

For working on larger areas, a braked AV-650 seat with a sprung seat can be connected behind the mulcher.
