The RAPTOR Hydro carrier with the mulching adapter is intended for such landholders, who need to cut the grass from time to time and thus keep the plot clean and don’t need to use the grass in any way. The mulcher copes with fresh dense grass, old grass and also self-seeding plants with the diameter of 1 cm.

The working tool of the mulcher is a heavy-duty Gator mulching blade. The design of the cutting space, the front spur and the cutting blade support are the VARI patented features. Thanks to this technical solution is the grass rest of this machine 50% less. It is connected to the RAPTOR Hydro carrier within few minutes using four screws.

In 2025, some parts were unified with the F-590 PRO mulcher and several design modifications were made that improve its functionality and durability. The shape of the stainless-steel blade cover was modified, which now better protects the working area and at the same time facilitates the flow of cut material. The cover apron with cuts allows grass to enter the blade area more easily. A front spur, also known as a spur or "hockey stick" to prevent bundles of grass, long grass or solid non-grass plants from winding up. The entire structure is completed by a higher skid plate tube, which serves as a protective frame as well.
